Located in the heart of the casino floor, Drop Bar returns with a dramatic urban chic redesign, panoramic views of the resort, live DJs, bar top gaming, and hand-crafted cocktails. Backyard Refresh
The resort’s lush Backyard pool deck received a refresh over the Spring to enhance the cabanas, daybeds, chaise lounges, umbrellas and café seating area. The neutral tones and welcoming pops of color envelop the inviting surfaces and mixed textures to create a serene resort pool experience for guests. The resort style pool offers the perfect touch of elegance and relaxation.
Polaris Bar
The new Polaris Bar, a central casino bar on the property’s new promenade, is the toast of the casino with its central location perfect for a meetup or night out. Polaris Bar is a circular hub featuring bartop gaming with 20 machines, plenty of screens for sports watching and a craft cocktail menu inspired by key coordinates worldwide.
High Limit Table Games
In addition, the resort has renovated and expanded its upscale High Limit Table games, which debuted November 2024. The new room features ten tables including single zero roulette, double deck blackjack, six deck S17 shoe and midi baccarat for high stakes wagering with high-touch service and a dedicated casino cage. Guests can kick back and relax by the bar’s stunning bookmatched marble center piece and play one of ten bartop games alongside an elevated classic cocktail menu.
High Limit Slots
The highly anticipated High Limit Slots room opened in February 2024 and features 127 of the latest games, an elegant bar with 14 bartop games, a dedicated cage for personalized service and a bright new airy vibe. A led-lit archway leads guests to the marble-clad bar and lofted coffered ceilings and brass accents offer an elevated touch.
Blue Ribbon Sushi
The new 124-seat Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill features plenty of seating options in a modern space, with wood accents, cozy booths, and a long, 13-seat sushi counter. The restaurant boasts high-quality sushi and sashimi, using the freshest ingredients from around the world, as well as an array of hot Japanese specialties, grilled items, and their iconic Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken (with Wasabi Honey). This acclaimed dining concept is well-known across the country for pristine quality fish, distinct grilled dishes, attentive service, and fun, relaxed hospitality.
Irv’s Burgers
An iconic taste of Los Angeles is coming soon to Green Valley Ranch. This Spring 2026, Irv’s Burgers—celebrating 80 years of classic American burger culture—will open its newest Las Vegas Valley location in the resort’s food court. Known for its pressed-to-order burgers, signature fresh-baked buns, chili cheese fries, and hand-spun milkshakes, Irv’s brings a timeless roadside tradition to Henderson. Coming Spring 2026, Nielsen’s Frozen Custard brings its rich, old-fashioned flavor to this beloved Henderson destination, crafted from a classic 1981 family recipe and made fresh throughout the day. Using real dairy, rich eggs, and a one-of-a-kind freezing process, each batch delivers an ultra-smooth, creamy texture—perfect for enjoying while exploring everything Green Valley Ranch has to offer.
